Ah right, I know a couple who were CF carriers and were able to have the embryos screened so that the one they implanted didn't have CF. Gosh that's sad, sounds a rotten illness.

Huntington’s is a Dominant gene, CF is Recessive so the latter can pop up expectedly in families unless specifically tested for.
