No one would argue that Helen Mirren isn’t a very attractive woman but, in my book, it is unusual for people to fancy someone in their 70s. Not unheard of but, still, “unusual”.

I would recommend that the user would be better served posting in the “hottest women” thread as, while they may face some objections, they will be met with a more “measured”, less insulting, response.

Yeah, you need to be overly “cautious” when posting in this thread.

There’s a few posters waiting in the wings to pounce on anyone who posts someone who isn’t some hideous mutant, the custodians of what is to be deemed “unusual” and what is not.

Unfortunately, when this line has been crossed it comes with insults about your, possible, mental health, your intelligence and with all the “venom” of arrogant mockery.

As I’ve stated previously, I would recommend that users instead send their submissions to the “hottest women/men” threads.

At least there when someone doesn’t agree they, generally, say just that, maybe question if the person belongs in the thread but it rarely, if ever, becomes a nasty, and quite personal, “attack”.

Sorry that happened to you, R. Hopefully it won’t happen to the user “Fracture”.
