Now I will concur that they were very busy, but the whole experience was well below standard. I got a chicken & stuffing sandwich which was supposed to come with some sort of pesto mayo (iirc) on it, but it was unfortunately bone dry. The chicken and stuffing was just slapped onto it with no care. It was so dry and thick it was impossible to eat and I left more than half of it there. The most annoying thing though was the drinks. We had ordered some soft drinks and coffees to go with our meal, and they didn't arrive until after our lunch plates had been cleared, which was easily 20 minutes after our food was served. Now we did have tap water at the table but the whole point of ordering them was so that we could enjoy them with the food. I did bring it to a waitress's attention when we were about halfway through our meal, and she said they'd be with us shortly, but they still didn't arrive to our table for at least another 10 minutes after that. I'll give them another chance cause as I said, they're usually of a good standard, both food & customer service wise. But it was really lacking this weekend and I was very disappointed. It felt like such a waste.

Its a bit of a joke they have to publicly announce closure orders for small violations that require only 24 hour closures to rectify. It can do damage to your business like. That place is always spotless, its the pride and joy of that family.
