Plug into your PC and away you go, just follow instructions. If it asks you to format hard drive, do it. Have the usb stick in the PC when you power it on, you might have to select bootable USB from bios. For office just download open office . It's basically identical Microsoft office and it's free. You can use windows 10 fine without internet
