Even 'The Forum' in the early 00's was quite adrift from the so called hub @ John St. As is quite apparent from the list all of the nightclubs mentioned are now defunct and closed. Plus the way people socialise has changed in that time. All this aside you are always going to have idiots no matter what type of system you implement. Some people are happy drunks and some are aggressive. That is the nature of alcohol. Blame society or who you want but you can't change human nature. You cannot predict what anyone is capable of doing.
