If youre replacing electronics you could go to HUKD and turn on keyword alerts for any items you want like XBox laptops etc and get notifications for when good deals are posted

Good advice. Also amazon often do 20% off warehouse around black friday. I picked up a one x very cheap on a similar deal earlier this year. Full warranty etc. just opened and returned.

New Gamepass games, new reveals of Xbox Studio games, and more details about Project xCloud. I'd guess that they'll open testing to more countries. Might be nice to get a price as well.

A price for xCloud?
I honestly thought it would be a free add-on service.
I think if MS want to shake things up, it should be included in GPU for no extra price.
It took Sony 5 years to get 750,000 of their 100 million PS4 customers to pony up for PS Now

I think this is what they might do. Maybe a small increase in the price of Game Pass but that's already stupidly good value I doubt most people would mind.

I would expect it to be included in ultimate for sure.

I think the "play remotely on your own console" version will be free to anyone with live, and I'd expect that the "play on Microsofts servers" would be included in GPU, but I also think that they'd have a separate subscription for people that don't have a console/don't want to pay for ultimate.

I would think the long term goal is basically have all game pass games playable on xcloud and basically open up gamepass to people who neither have an Xbox or a pc.

Is it me or is this a terrible end of year for releases???? I get it's late in the consoles life but I can't recall a year were there was literally no AAA for me to spend money on. There's a Star Wars game due out and thats about it

Lean year over all in terms of spend too. I bought 4 games on disc, rest were game pass and a couple that I'd not get rid of so bought digitally.

Not just you, was just thinking the same myself last week. My memory isn't great but it felt like last year I couldn't keep up with all the games coming out. RDR2, Assasins Creed Odyssey were games i picked up around this time last year. I do a lot of my gaming in the Christmas period but theres nothing out at the moment i've any interest in.

Star Wars game if its decent i'll get, other than that i'm not pushed on anything. Might get Death Stranding if its reduced but will probaly go for Disco Elysium if nothing else grabs my attention.

As both are in euro is it all good or would I need to change country settings to redeem?

No region on Xbox cards, as long as the currency matches it should be fine.

Hard to know what they'll show, they're talking it up as 'a show for the ages' on twitter, but hard to imagine they'd try and outshine E3.

with regards to gamepass additons, I've my fingers crossed for Control & Nier Automata, 2 games that have gotten great press, but I haven't felt strongly enough about to buy.

Microsoft are being clever enough with gamespass. I have no problem buying a season pass if I've enjoyed a game on game pass.

I'd love to know the numbers on gamepass - I've been a terror in the past for buying games and not getting around to playing them for ages (if ever). Gamepass has well and truly cured me of that.

Fair play, I cant remember the last time I finished a single player campaign or even got near to 1000G+ from a game.

I'd be interested too.

Still have a backlog but gamepass games get priority in case they get removed.

Because it feels like they aren't costing me anything I'll buy DLC without a second thought. Dangerous attitude really.

Just a quick question , my game pass and ea access both expired due to me getting a new card. When I go to subscriptions it says they are suspended but not cancelled. There’s no option to cancel ea access just pay now.

I want to renew my game pass ultimate but if I put in my new card details will ea access automatic renew aswel ? I only want to renew game pass
