Why not? Northern Hemisphere.

They come to Europe for 3 weeks and play their 3 away games in a row. Then 3 of the existing Six Nations travel over each year so every team goes once every 2 years.

You have Pro14 playing in South Africa. This is further but still definitely doable.

Would be harsh on the likes of Georgia but I'd love to see it happen

Japan have decent impact off the bench too. The forward with the bleached beard made a huge impact last week.
