Add in no storage and unless you wore the same outfit every day it going to be a wee mess and a study in minimal living.

Compared to some of the stuff on the market it’s a 5 star hotel . I’d rather pay that for there then 600 or 700 euros for a room next door to a South American psycho killer in some mad house

At least they put some thought in it and didnt just throw dead grannies' old crap from the 50's in a shed and ask €1150 a month for that lack of effort.

I suspect it will be ****ing cold in the winter though.

I've a feeling a property I was working in today in Dublin 7 will be making an appearance in here soon enough. What used to be 3 apartments has been reconfigured into 5 bedsits. No room to swing a cat in any of them. In 1 of them the kitchen worktop finishes and a single bed is stuffed in between that and the wall. The owner was only too delighted to tell us he'll get between €1200 and €1600 all day for them depending on the room. Sickening to see.

From this link, i ended up looking at cheap Michigan properties, still hundreds of houses for sale in the detroit area for 1k each.
Some proper nightmare material there
