Rent for the house for two months is $900.00, if tenants agree to take care of our 85 year-old mother (she could pass for 60), Mrs. Allardyce, who lives in a room at the top of the mansion. All the tenant(s) has to do is prepare food for her three times a day. Our mother is obsessed with privacy and will not interact with tenant(s), so meals are to be left outside her door - our mother will be no trouble at all, you'll probably never see her - she sleeps most of the time. She is our darling. The house takes care of itself. Children are good for the place.
