In a few years no photographic evidence will be trusted, because photoshop can do wonders and no video evidence will be trusted either, because deepfakes can will be able to produce eerily accurate depictions of people with sound and motion.

Do people remember a few years ago when the 9 year old killed her instructor because the uzi she was using kicked back? I was working in a B&B at the time and two American couples were discussing it over breakfast. One couple were saying it was shocking and she shouldn't be near a gun. The other couple were saying that she shouldn't have been using an uzi but a hand gun would've been fine and more practical. That really is their mentality. Can't buy a beer until you're 21 but sure give the 9 year old a gun :eek:

Once kids are supervised and understand the rules, I see no problem. I would have used my Dad's gun here in Ireland (highly supervised) when I was her age.

Even with our strict rules here in Ireland, you can get a training licence at 14.
