It's name is
Jianchagnathus robustus and was part of the scaphognathid family. The specimen is about 116 cms (wingspan) but probably could grow quite a bit larger since it was not yet fully grown. Check out the teeth!

Oh and in case you didn´t find out, there was recently another Jurassic pterosaur from China,
Qinglongopterus, which was a small guy; only 33.4 cms (wingspan). It too was a rhamphorhynchid.
