Bad week last week, 3 losers from 3... Sticking with just one this week as the First Div looks way to tough to call and Premier calls postponed due to European participation.
Bottom placed UCD travel to Derry in what will be a tough game. UCD have lost several first team players in recent weeks, their first team goalkeeper went off injured on Wednesday evening in a Friendly in a game a good host of their first team also started. A win would push Derry closer to a European spot with games in hand over Pats & Bohs which they should be targeting this season

Any FAI Cup outright bets?
Might take Shamrock Rovers e/w @ 3/1 even though they'll be beaten by Sligo Rovers in the second round.
I remember saying before the season started, knowing that Cork would tail off a bit, that they'd be a good bet for the cup. They've tailed off so much that I don't know if it's worth backing them, they're 12/1.

Doesn't seem likely from us... First Division looks very tough to call and minimal pickings in the Premier. Cabinteely +0.25 is something I'll be backing personally, looks good value (or maybe that's my heart talking).

No tips last week due to nothing we could agree on fully and warrant a post! Two bets this week however.

A six-pointer game in Drogheda on Friday night between Drogs & this seasons surprise package Cabinteely. With 3 favourable results seeing 7 points in their last 3 games against Shels, Bray & Longford, Cabinteely won't be fearing Drogs. While Drogs got back to winning ways last week, coming back from 1 down to maul Limerick 4-1. Hard to separate these teams but Cabinteely should be well able to come away from this with at least a point.

3rd placed Bohs will hope to keep the pressure up on 2nd placed Rovers with their minds adrift on European ventures at the moment. Bohs should have first teamers Cornwall, Barry, Pender, Grant, Mandriou back in action along with new signing Andre Wright who will most likely come on from the bench. Sligo have really been underwhelming this season under new manager Liam Buckley - sitting mid table and 25 points from top spot even at this stage of the season.

Yeah Drogs are my favourites for second, Cabo have a fairly handy run of games until the end of the season and could get third at least. They're 4/1.

Could be backing Drogs or Longford at them odds tbf - Cabo at 4s is a tasty value bet imo. No pressure on them and no one expecting them to sneak up... Drogs & Longford both still have to play Shels also.

Took us a while for all 3 of us to narrow down and agreed on bets so we've gone with 3 this weekend. Short write up points.
Derry challenging for Europe and with games running out need to bridge the 3 points difference with Bohs. UCD have struggled since keeper Conor Kearns was suspended in the last two games, UCD conceding 9 goals - he's out again tomorrow.

Longford must win here to keep pressure on table toppers Shels, 8 points separate Longford/Drogs with Shels with just 5 games left. Longford also a good few goals off both Drogs & Shels on GD so will be aiming to reduce that tomorrow. Some solid signings over the summer, Longford have improved and will want to build on last weeks 4-0 against Galway. Longford have been poor away from home but can make amends here against second from bottom Athlone.

Cabinteely still in with a shout here and have the easier run in out of the 3 teams above them. Solid home form against an out of form Limerick who have been plagued with off the pitch issues all season. Should be a winnable game for Cabo.

Nothing standing out as a great bet this week - may be bets later/tomorrow when there's further team news about. I'll be at Bohs - Shels so any bets may not be posted here but in the Facebook group by one of the other lads if someone can post them in here.
