It looks like a local county-council office block from the outside. They obviously spent a lot of money on the design, but has too much of an 1990's/industrial-estate look about it, no?

Also, and I know this is only a small thing, it kinda bugs me how awful those sad little leather sofas look, in those oversized, double-height rooms.

Who owns the house? My guess, the owner of Bargaintown; or maybe Mattress Mick. It has that air to it.

I thought the exact same thing. Those sofas were not only naff, compared to the stunning house, but they were way too small for the rooms. I just kept looking at them and wondering why they had chosen them. Great house though.
