I'm not going to switch to non rft's, I just don't want to risk being stranded somewhere. I hear dunlops are good and i had pirelli p zeros on my last 5er and they were decent.

The guy on the phone said to me you cant put non run flats on a car that has run flats without getting a letter from your insurance company. I said to him that's bull. I will be changing them as soon as needed to non run flats. There is a can of goo in car from new and I have my own tyre air compressor.

I’m changing from non run flats to run flats. I find the drive a bit too harsh on them and I have to replace tithe tyres anyway.
Anyone ever bought their own tyres and got them fitted at a tyre centre? Or reccomend a good tyre centre in the Dublin area? My local on is a bit of a cowboy.
Keane's in Citywest/Saggart (near the Citywest hotel) are good for tyres. Been using them for 20 years with absolutely zero issues.
Check that your rims are suitable before buying tyres.
Old post above says RFTs may not fit non-RFT rims.
