He's the Irexit crank, former editor of the Irish Catholic and has worked with Nigel Farage . Although 'worked' is probably stretching is, seeing as Farage rarely shows up to the EP.

Kelly is currently Director of Communications for the Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy group in the European Parliament. Some right characters in that group; UKIP/Brexit Party, AfD from Germany, 5-Star (Italy) amongst others.
