I like it but couldnt live there even if i got it for free.
Judging by the pictures, the only place i fit with my 6'3'' is the living room.

Its touching the neighbours house according to the description, privacy and not having to listen to other peoples crap would be about the only advantage of living in isolation half way between Gort and Kinvara and that doesn't have it...

I lived very snugly in a rental of that rating. Certainly would not let that deter me

They are not accurate in that they spill out your yearly energy bill to the cent but it gives a fairly good idea whether a house is insulated at all and a range which energy costs to expect.

And if you look at the BER Rating of that house I think your yearly energy bill is nothing to look forward to...:)

I would be more worried of dying of exposure in the bed on a cold night in February. I once lived in a similar house and could only live in the bedroom during the winter of 2011 by running 2 oil filled radiators 24/7.
