I’ve a really old wooden shed out the back, half the roof is missing but can see the stars shining at night..... I wonder what I’d get for it on daft and the like for renting it out

It has no fancy washing machine now but there’s a lawnmower in situ that would give similar vibrations!

On the other hand... If I had my own house I'd love to have something like that in the garden (replace bunk bed thing with a nice sofa) as an office/games room/film room. Got to think they are a burglary magnet though.

I would be more worried of dying of exposure in the bed on a cold night in February. I once lived in a similar house and could only live in the bedroom during the winter of 2011 by running 2 oil filled radiators 24/7.

They are not accurate in that they spill out your yearly energy bill to the cent but it gives a fairly good idea whether a house is insulated at all and a range which energy costs to expect.

And if you look at the BER Rating of that house I think your yearly energy bill is nothing to look forward to...:)

Its touching the neighbours house according to the description, privacy and not having to listen to other peoples crap would be about the only advantage of living in isolation half way between Gort and Kinvara and that doesn't have it...
