The address of the house is Blue Ball, Co Offaly.

The address of Midlands National Shooting Centre of Ireland is only about a mile from Blue Ball (probably Ireland's biggest range).

having read the long article my idea is that this was a project ? Something she wanted to make and in as much detail as she could? And a very fne job too,,, Now she is turning to another house that will probably be as spectacular in it s
own way

Realistically its a beautiful site and its a complete knock and rebuild. The amount of effort to bring it up from a G to a C rating, rewiring, plumbing, damp, dont start on that half finished extention. Dont go there man.

That house has appeared in this thread before ages ago, exact same photos, I recognized the shed within a shed feature of that multi-award winning extension.
