I was mad about soldiers when I was a child and always wanted to be a soldier, so I guess that every day is a childhood day for me.. I still love being a soldier.

Eating an Easter Egg was before the big day itself, had a £1 one last night.
Blaming my sister for stuff when we’re both home at Xmas.

Winnie the Pooh, I cried at the trailer for the last movie, no idea why are but he’s a lovable little bollix.

The recent Bumblebee Transformers movie. The first 15 mins alone were better than all the movies before it. Felt like Saturday morning cartoons again.

Kids movies are still my favourite type of movie to watch.

I also sometime give my son a handlebars on his bike.
Him on the handlebars, me cycling. I'm not even like a cool dad, i'm a woman so we probably look bonkers together.

A few weeks ago in Ikea, he asked me could he push me on a trolly around the shop. so if anyone happened to see that scene, it was me!

I realise reading this that my long long ago childhood was somewhat lacking in .....fun.... Used to love running on beaches and doing cartwheels but alas no more...Will have to think about this!

I still do this to my missus too. Phone in hand recording to catch her reaction. Many a dig received! Also bought a zombie mask at Halloween to scare the kids knocking on the door for sweets, wore it walking down the stairs one morning to frighten the missus, she got such a fright she started to cry, thought I was a burglar! I still get great craic from kicking my way through a pile of fallen leaves. Having grandchildren I can still engage in many childish activities without fear of strange looks or bewilderment.

That's one of my happiest memories with my Grandfather. Kicking our way through the leaves while walking the dog, chatting about the birds and trees or making up stories, and making a point of introducing the dog to any other dogs we'd meet.

Animal Slippers at Christmas.
Have a pair of Bear head ones which I think are class. They spend the rest of the year with the decorations.
Brother and I still occasionally tell tales on each other to our Mother like we expect her to step in and adjudicate. (him and I have a combined age of 78 and just to be clear, they are always exaggerated/made up scenarios, we do behave like adults most of the time)
