Is coinbase.com a good place to buy Litecoin and Ethereum?

It's got terrible reviews on https://ie.trustpilot.com/review/coinbase.com but I'm wondering if anyone here has had positive experience with it.

I personally use Kraken which as another member already mentioned has free SEPA deposits and 0.16% maker (limit order)and 0.26% taker fees. The deposit took about 2 days as it was to a bank in Germany. Withdrawl fee for me was 0.0005btc.

If you don't care about fee's then look for the ones that have the best interface and support/customer services.
