Only having three this week means he has 12 with possible DGW next week. FH this week then TC or BB the next

Eddie Howe is a pathological liar. If he says Fraser is Ok, he's possibly already died from his injuries and certainly won't be playing this weekend

Free hit team playing and hoping for a West Ham clean sheet and Mane to make the Liverpool team selection. Guessing that him missing training as some people have posted might have been enough of a rest.

It's a tricky one. I'm in favour of going big on hits for players that will play in GW31 and 33 as the hit will be wiped out by appearance points and anything else you get will be a bonus. I'd take a - 8 or -12 if I was your position and free hit next week but others here would disagree.

In the situation of 3 playing it would be a good week for the free hit in my opinion as you will get the benefit of 8 more players scoring you points. Pity about loosing the extra free transfer but if your team is doing that well maybe there were no major changes required to the team anyway.

I think we overthink things
He has 3 players. Use FH
If he has 12 players with no game this week they will likely have doubles anyway
Sometimes absolutely no planning is rewarded..........
