help with samsung tab A6

I have a samsung tab A6

total space is 8gb
system mem is 3.19gb
used space is 3.35gb (apps)

I have cleaned it down and very little on it - no pictures of videos. I only have 9 apps installed - the rest are all system apps, google etc.

Anything I can do.... it is constantly running out of space... is it possible to get a new bigger HD installed?

at the least get a micro sd card and transfer the apps (won't move the whole app and google apps can't be transferred). go into each app set storage to sd card.

should give you a little space to work with.

even 16gb internal storage is really on the small side these days and will allow for very few apps to be installed.

before you install the sd card go into each app in settings and clear the cache on each one

cheers. I have done that already. I think it is just new updates to apps take up so much more space

no - only works on very few devices afaik and was removed from android eventually I think.

no harm in giving it a try

mi pad 4 (8 inch ) about 210 from honorbuy

or mi pad 4 plus (10 inch) or 290 from honorbuy

are very good tablets that will last years. 64gb storage and 4gb ram.

here is a great replacement option for you actually. 150 euro for a very good tablet with an excellent screen and a whole 64gb storage!
