Tcat2012 wrote: » Oh God that sounds like alot of work ! With bank of Ireland also but was a visa debit .I might just hold on another week or so and see if it comes. I have a friend who wants to buy it from you me. Tried to log in to trust pilot to review eglobal so people know what they are dealing with but it wanted access to all my contacts in my email so I declined .

Fore Iron wrote: It is my intention to reject it if it arrives at my door seeing as the money is already back on my card. I have no interest in accepting it and hoping it works or doesn't break in the next couple of years - and from my now deeply entrenched position on the front line of battle there is a principle to be maintained too!
tedpan wrote: » It won't be delivered. Once eglobal realise the order is cancelled/refunded the item will just sit in a European warehouse. At least the next customer won't have to wait as long!

tedpan wrote: » Fore Iron wrote: So my stuff is out for delivery today with An Post - 40 days after ordering! Lol, it's not 40 days man! You need to count in working days. 32, if I'm counting correctly, which is a long time from Asia, but nothing out of the ordinary. At least you got your money back, keep us updated!
Tcat2012 wrote: » Got my phone today .haven't opened it as selling it but hoping it's ok . Slightly worrying that tempered glass screen protector I ordered with it is in smithereens ! Think phone should be well protected in box though

Fore Iron wrote: » If they send me a refund, not realising I have already got the money from the bank, then I will enjoy returning the refund to them by whatever method suits me best. I'm feeling a cheque sent by surface mail would be quite prudent! Happy days.
Bluefoam wrote: » Not likely, it would be refunded to your card, your bank will call it and return it to EGC

The more this goes on the more I am relaxing and enjoying the ride! In fact, I was thinking of emailing them and suggesting some changes to the wording of their fake tracking to make it more believable. "Shipment was dropped on canteen floor - breaking noises are normal" "Shipment will be with you in [Markus - insert random number here] days" "If you require more information please do not hesitate to go into your back garden and shout - we are as likely to reply to that as any other form of communication." I'll check back in here at the end of the week and let you know what's happening anyway....
