Not your usual laughably awful place but I got a laugh out of reading the price they want for this..

Capital Dock's 3-bed 22nd floor penthouse - €20,000 a MONTH?! over 3x the next most expensive place up for rent in the city centre on Daft. Who on earth would be paying those prices? It's not even that big or super luxury looking.

It basically has no kitchen, in need of renovation from top to bottom, single glazed windows, the downstairs essentially isn't fit for purpose without an extension. And it's only about 950sqft. All for 525k. I'd say you'd spend another 100k doing it up. It's in a very nice area but the price is insane to me.

It’s a lot of money, but fantastic location, I love the front of it, but it would take a lot of money to bring it up to standard internally with the kitchen and windows etc.

I may be mistaken, but I think that’s Eddie Irvine’s House. Either way it was on AirBNB last summer - for €3,000 for a weekend.
