Thought I'd update the OP with links and stuff for anyone who stumbles across this.

The former Off the Ball hosts have partnered with The Irish Times to do a series of weekly podcasts. They go online each Tuesday and cover a variety of sports, with a number of contributors including Sid Lowe, Richie Sadlier, Gerry Thornley and Shane Horgan.

Jose's cretinous behaviour this season was classic material for Ken's newsround. Other than acknowledging that Solskjaer has got off to a good start - what else is there to say.

I love the pods with Tony Evans it is really refreshing to hear first hand information from someone who stood on the terraces in the old days and witnessed the transformation of both British football and society. Really good stuff.
