Dear JD, The position in relation to your enquiry is as follows. .. Following the withdrawal of the legal challenge, discussions were resumed with the Preferred Bidder, Circle K (formerly, Topaz), and the contract was signed in July 2018. Works commenced on the fit-out of the Gorey Service Area in September 2018 following site mobilisation and it is anticipated that the facility will open in Q2, 2019.
