The Department of Justice has confirmed that Millstreet Equestrian Services will operate the new centre at Altantic Lodge in Kenmare, Co Kerry, which has a capacity for 80 asylum seekers.

At the end of February 2018, there was 34 centres in the country, the majority of which are run by private contractors. Millstreet Equestrian Services ran four of them and has now added a fifth to its operations.

This seems to be like Sweden.
There is a massive industry to house all the seekers and many Social Democrats have side earnings making millions of opening up old hotels and lodges and keeping the seekers there.

Just to be clear, you are asking if the Gardaí are investigating a bunch of Africans for "aggressively loitering" and "ogling and jostling"? Have they received a complaint from one of the victims?
