They have cars in Roscommon, I'm sure they get out at night and know that the big thing approaching at speed isn't a sheep with a headlight and will kill you unless you get out of the way! My Dad will want to go at 1pm now!!!!

Number 1- not giving another keeper a chance in FBD to be backnuo to Clarke Number 2- it now seems Clarke may actually be the yhe back up !!!!!! Horan has shown in the past he can be a stubborn man . I hope he isn’t basing this decision on his past tenure 5 years ago Hennelly has not improved in that time and Clarke has shown he is up there with the best

Great to see two young lads in the full back line also.

Manager James Horan back in charge for a second spell has continued his youth first policy by handing out two debuts for his opening league game with forwards Brian Reape and Conor Diskin both playing national league football for the very first time.At the other end of the scale it's also a landmark occasion for Jason Doherty who will be making his 100th appearance in the green and red on Saturday night. He made his league debut against Kerry in 2011. 1. Robert Hennelly - Breaffy - 29 in March 2. Eoin O'Donoghue - Belmullet - 23ish 3. Brendan Harrison - Aghamore - 26 4. Keith Higgins - Ballyhaunis - 34 in February 5. Lee Keegan - Westport - 29 6. Colm Boyle - Davitts - 32 7. Paddy Durcan - Castlebar Mitchels(C) - 25 8. Diarmuid O’Connor - Ballintubber - 24 9. Donal Vaughan - Castlebar Mitchels - 30 10. Fergal Boland - Aghamore - 23 11. Aidan O’Shea - Breaffy - 28 12. Jason Doherty - Burrishoole - 29 13. Evan Regan - Ballina Stephenites - 25ish 14. Brian Reape - Bohola Moy Davitts - 23ish 15. Conor Diskin - Claremorris - No more than 20. David Clarke was on the bench against Galway in Tuam. I'd imagine a lot of the lads are well rested with the early championship and anxious to play
