Hi everyone,
I was just having a browse through some wireless earphones as I need some for the gym. I had skull candy wired ones but I stepped on them and the cable broke. So after that I said I’d get a wireless pair. I found a fully wireless pair, no wires connected the earphones together. The reviews seem pretty good and so I ordered them but I’ll know in about 3 weeks time what they’re like. Pretty outstanding sound from these. The bass response is superb, plus I love the magnet for attaching the two ends together when hanging around the neck.

To be honest they are great, I wear one going to sleep and I'll wake up 8 hours later and they still have charge. The little charging box is handy too and they are pretty comfy as they sit in your ear.

Do you have a guesstimate as to how much actual functional listening time you get from them? Says 3 hours in the link, is that about right?

Always struggled to get earphones that stayed in while running.

The ear hook phones I've found the best, but it seems that design hasn't been adapted much for wireless.

Pretty sure you can get both the outer and inner earhooks for wireless (sports) earphones, not as easy for TWS earphones though. Maybe the i10's as they are modelled on the airpods and they have earhook, I think they are around €10.
JedX TWS (DX own brand I think), S800 TWS amd Awei T2.
There are a few with inner earhook.

And a load with the neck band.

I couldn't find any outer hooks for Airpods/i10 TWS, it maybe hard to get them for TWS earbuds.

But you could get wireless earbuds such as this with hooks:-

Ya , I was curious to find such a lack of outer ear hooks.

Inner hooks seems to have take over. The best earhooks I had were the Philips ones , I used to buy multiple pairs at time. They were great ,secure for running but didn't last very long.

Other out hooks like the anker are too thin I find they don't secure enough , they are common design, but no where as secure as old Philips ones. Philps latched around ear. Sony do something like it in wireless the MDR

Yeah, but amazon offers better security. E.G. if any fault happens to them within next 2 years, you would be covered. Also, even using AP they still have faster delivery. Obviously, as they are less than €20 that may not be a factor with many, and delivery can be decent speed from China (although not so much at this time of the year).
Many items are cheaper on amazon now, or similarly priced, but so many refusing delivery to Ireland it would be handy if AP/PM/PW/PC offered consolidating as an option.
