Delighted you had such a good run on Sunday, I love those quiet evening ones sometimes. Hope your nephew enjoyed his birthday

As an aside, it was one of those mornings where my head and heart were full of love for parkrun. When I moved to Dublin in 2007, I never liked it and went home every weekend, never thinking it was a place where you'd get to know your neighbours. Parkrun has completely changed my mind on this; I arrive up there and instantly recognise and chat to at least 10 people and the atmosphere is always so positive (at every parkrun location).
