No idea who Hennesey is but Richard D's work on the Madeline McCann case is absolutely incredible.

Well more 90% amazing and 10% bat**** crazy theories. But still the most thorough investigation(s) ever done on the case. There must be 12 hours worth altogether of his work on it. Well worth checking on YouTube.

Ive seen that myself and its fascinating, he done an investigation on the Jill Dando murder also which is a great watch.

Thats all ive seen from Richard D Hall, i wasnt aware he was classed as a "conspiracy theorist"

Do you have a source for any of this? a search of "Richard D Hall" + "Mark Hennessey", provides 1 link on the entire Internet and it doesn't refer to Richard D hall being in Ireland.

It seemed like the man was in the process of trying to kill himself when the Gardi found him.
I had originally figured it was a suicide by police situation where he attacked the garda in the hope he would die quicker.
But it would seem there is reason to believe that was not the case.
It will be June 6th, 2019 before the next hearing so no new info until then.

If the garda was in the wrong he has prevented the victims family form ever finding out what happened. It would be disturbing for them but sometimes closure can help. I also think Mark Hennessy would have suffered more with a long prison sentence.

seems he was in the act of doing it himself in the car when he was shot. there was also a "sorry" note in the car with the location of the girls remains written on it.

no guarantee that mark hennessy had he lived would have explained why he murdered jastine in the first place, he may have just said he just 'flipped' like what larry murphy said

Oh, I didn't know that Richard Hall was here. I think the assessment of 90% good / 10% crazy was not unfair. Richard does some great work but has a tendency to let himself down sometimes by making personal remarks or making some unsubstantiated leaps to unfounded conclusions. The Madeleine McCann stuff was very worth while, and his work with Peter Hyatt in particular got him a lot of positive coverage and is well worth a look, even if just to learn about Statement Analysis.

His big baileywick is investigating where he thinks that the police have not investigated cases properly and have done the bidding of the Government or secret services. Of all the cases in Ireland that he would want to investigate, the Mark Hennessy one is a strange one to choose. I would have thought that he should have thought about Mary Boyle or Sophie Toscan Du Plantier as more obvious cases to allege police corruption.

But a senior investigations officer for GSOC has confirmed that criminal proceedings against the Garda are being considered. Why would GSOC put the family through that if there was no good reason?

There's still a reason why they're like that. Drug abuse, psychological trauma, genetics, chemical imbalance. etc... There's always a reason. Sometimes psychologists are able to say why. Sometimes they're just stumped. But there's always a reason, even if we can't see it, which is why studying this stuff is so valuable. Everytime we learn a bit more we get one step closer to preventing something bad in the future.

In this case we'll probably never know because the guy is dead.

Any kind of Dick Hall theory is garbage but tbh I've always been of the view that Hennessy & Miss Valdez probably had some sort of past friendship/relationship, the fact that she wasn't sexually assaulted has only copper fastend this view. Obviously out of respect for her and her family, it's not something I'd expect the media to report on even if it was known as a fact.
