Hello, all. We're on the cusp of Christmas, so it's no surprise that we have a lot of apps on sale today. Part of that is, of course, due to my skipping of Wednesday's roundup as a sort of experiment — spoiler alert: it didn't work out in my favor. So here we are. There are plenty of big names on sale, like Square Enix, Devolver, Noodlecake, Asmodee Digital, and so on.

So the announcement is here:The official release of AdGuard DNS — a new unique approach to privacy-oriented DNS If you have Android Pie on your smartphone, go to "private dns" settings, change your dns to "dns.adguard.com" ^^^ Does work and no root required. Only limitation is you have no facility to whitelist some urls. It is another alternative to cloudflare's DNS posted earlier in thread.
Android 9 (Pie) or later Android 9 supports "Private DNS" which uses DNS-over-TLS to provide security and privacy for your DNS queries. You can configure it with the following steps.Go to "Settings" → "Network & Internet" → "Advanced" → "Private DNS". Select Private DNS provider hostname. Enter dns.google as the hostname of the DNS provider. Click Save.
