I think stones is going to be my mendy replacement I can't just have 1 city player going forward I feel it'd be a recipe for disaster

I'm thinking of doing without City defense for now. Doherty is 0.4 cheaper and way more attacking threat. Will be joining Robertson and Alonso in my team. Not getting rid of Mendy until team news is in for my potential replacement obviously

Went with Mendy to Robertson.

Part of me is second guessing that move in favor of freeing up for cash

Mendy > Doherty pretty much locked in.

Could also do Success > Jiminez and go 433 for no hit

Trippier > Digne and Gunnarson > Martial for a -4.

Or

Something else that folk suggest?

Wildcard is also an option but think I'll hang onto that for a few weeks yet.

You might be looking at Mendy and Trippier out.

Sorry, should have clarified nothing will be confirmed for certain until later in the week. Too many yellow flags around. Just looking for initial thoughts really

Both look like good options to me. Martial, Digne & Jimenez are players I wouldn’t mind having in my team.

Already away from 4 premium defenders but would look at shipping Alonso or Robbo in a few weeks to Trippier.

It’s a tricky one, I’d probably hold Trippier to be honest

If I went mendy to vinagre I could upgrade albrighton to martial... but then I would only have sterling as city cover and that could hurt me pretty quickly

I’ve gone with only 1 City player for quite some time & although I’m mad to get another, on reflection it is not overly hurting as most have Mendy and there are plenty of better options than him (Robbo & Alonso)

For some reason I thought it would take two Mendy price drops before it made a difference to my sale value but on further looking that's not the case.

Might have to switch out Mendy and Maddison before I get concrete details on the latter.

Yeah I done a little digging and the consensus is that he could be gold offers a big attacking threat too. I pulled the trigger already as mendy is closing in on the danger zone

Do people see Vinagre being a massive upgrade on Jonny? Because there wasn't a massive rush for Jonny when he was down at £4.4m a few weeks ago. Do people think he'll hit the ground running? And Bennett is still even cheaper.

I don't know, maybe I'm being overly cautious to see how things settle.

Sane started the 3 games (played full 90 in 2).

Mahrez was a used sub in 3 playing between 15 & 25 minutes.

Can’t get Mahrez yet. Any other options at 8mil?

Well mendys injury is forcing my hand and it's a wide open market for a replacement I'm happy to take a punt with some nice fixtures an attacking threat and 4 other playing defenders if it goes wrong

United’s run could be any better right now.

If there was ever a time to take a chance on Martial or Pogba it’s now.

Only 12% and 11% owned and those are likely to be quite a few dormant teams.

Whether I do or not depends on a couple of things but if I had him there is no way I would be selling him. Never mind for a hit. Sterling also has an excellent fixture that week. One which he could very well be rotated for..........

Ranieri will tighten up Fulham by then, don't worry :pac: Watching Sterling and not having him is painful. He's so lively. And when he does start, he gets more minutes than Aguero. Yes,he could be dropped but think he's still worth it.

What are people thinking about Mane at this stage? Driving me mad but with upcoming fixtures, I'm struggling to let him go.

I'm considering Mane to Shaqiri to free up nearly 3m and keep some pool cover over the medium term.
It won't be this week but will be watching their performances and game time.
