Despite having been in Ireland for 33 years, I am not a citizen (am UK citizen) so can't vote in the presidential election or referendum. If I could vote, I would vote for Michael D.

wonderful … not. I did work as a double gazing salesman back in the 1970;s and it cost me a load of money back then.

I have worked in shops a few times too, I was ok in that role.

Way too early and takes the good out of Christmas imo.. Santa is coming to the local shopping centre here next week ffs.

I wouldn't normally be in them that much tbf, but as it was wet yesterday here I had nothing better to do than go to town with wife, I thought fcuk I couldn't be dealing with this already.

Mainly the big supermarkets but I do go to the butcher and veg shop occasionally.

Well for myself, I enjoy the odd wander around the shops with herself, it only happens maybe 3/4 times a year, mainly because I'd be working Saturdays and as that's her day off and she always shops on Saturday. She usually bribes me to go by buying me lunch. But generally I think men just go get what they want and home, women like to browse and look at several shops before the decide what to buy.

I sure am, myself and my friend can browse all day but usually buy also and return quite a lot too.

No, I'm self employed, had one and gave it up.
Love being my own boss, but mostly my days are longer than 9-5 and often 6 days a week too.

Inside about to head out to collect the lads from training.

Do you need to be very disciplined to be self employed, I'd struggle to get out of the bed if I was my own boss?

Not at all, it's just the same as working for someone else really, just that I give a price for work before I start the job, then the faster I get it done the more lolly I make, its actually more motivating I find.
