Northern Ireland is as near to a state controlled economy as there is in the Western World, Jim.

Most people who work are in Government jobs or in businesses given enormous grants to ply their trade there.

Hand on heart Francie, never ever thought that. The UK was always going to get it over Brexit from the EU. They would throw us under the bus in favour of the union though, post Brexit. I am worried, as someone who lives here, about the EU after they get their pound of flesh that is Brexit. If things get tough here, I've no faith in them.

I can tell you what will be in place by then, a nice hard border between Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland. And the Southern Irish are going to end up paying for the EU's portion of that bill.

I agree. Family members of mine who voted to stay would vote to leave now, as a simple FU, for example.

After the UK leaves on a no deal, wouldn't surprise me if the EU did force Dublin to pay for. As I said, I don't trust the EU in relation to Ireland post Brexit. They are pally at the moment because it's in their interest. Once the UK goes, it's a different game.
