So i renewed again with AXA. The renewal quote they gave me was actually dearer than last year (€678 compared to €625 last year), so i rang them to see if they could improve on it but they couldn't. So i mentioned that i seen recently adverts about dash cams giving insurance customers with AXA discounts, so she checked and once confirmed its a nextbase cam, i was able to get the discount. It knocked off €104 off my renewal to €574 so it pays to have a dash cam now, especially if your with AXA

Hmm, Being a male also I rang its4women.ie for a quote once also. The rep almost implied I was insane being a fella and ringing for a quote. There you go, they cover males now despite my insanity at the time

€620 with FBD is not a bad quote by the way. Named driving experience generally does not count for much with most providers
