Doesn't take a genius to figure it does NOT conform to standards... No washing machine, No 4-ring Hob with Oven & Grill, No adequate kitchen storage. She confirmed it was a 'proper' studio, built / provided by Sheeltech SHEDS www.steeltechsheds.ie

Just realised... where's the fcuking kitchen sink?!

No mention of price for long term rent.
