A strict council is the least of the worries that you would have for getting any planning permission on that site.

That site is directly on the final approach vector (line of descent) for the Newcastle airfield which is less than a 150m away. Aircraft fly over that hut on final descent only one hundred feet up. I'd say the chances of even getting approved for a two storey house there are slim to nil for that reason.

Any, if not all of those "Show rooms" in Ikea could be used as an example on how to go ahead in a small space.
Not in Ireland though, there has to be a big ass kitchen. Even if the result that you basically just have a kitchen.

And oh... i use 2 browsers next to each other on my screen. This made that this add was cut of and showed a price of 75.000. Which is a lot closer to what it should be worth.

Again with terrible terrible photos. Including one which appears to be a table and chairs for hobbits or children.

Look at the height of the skirting board, that table must be about 500mm off the floor. Are you supposed to eat your dinner off it?

A badly kitted out van would be far superior to that place, at least it wouldn't be windy and wet inside.

On the other side of it - If it was 2 or €300 a month I would probably give a go at living in it during the week or something, but for the price of a mortgage payment down the country? No feckin way.
