Couldn't stay up to enjoy last night, was wrecked. 10pm is a late one, works out 11pm for me and would require a pre BB nap!

I am liking the noisy Lewis, more switched on than most, has a great effect on the rest, Thomaz is destroying the sleep for all, he needs to see a doctor about that, too loud altogether, The girl that was removed from the house, I think it was better for her, jumped right into bed with a lad on the first night, and how anybody did not tell her that dress she wore entring the house, had too little material, did not cover the most important anatomy

Didn't catch launch night but watched last night and enjoyed it I must say! Lot of headwreckers in there but they're needed at this stage.

He probably has sleep apnoea because he said not to worry if he stops breathing. I have it and it's very hard to deal with because you don't get proper sleep even though it seems like to do. You can stop breathing 100's of times a night, wearing a mask is the only treatment and I'm waiting over 2 years now to be assessed for it.

I thought I had it but found out when I sleep my lower jaw kind of drops back and it was caused by the tongue blocking the throat apparently. Was recommended getting a mouth guard that stops it and started getting good night sleep. Was told before when I sleep on my side I wouldn't snore but easy to roll over so this apparently does the job or reduces it enough.

Plus nothing sexier than seeing someone pop in a mouth guard before sleeping.

I am so glad Ellis is gone, she was giving me the actual rage. Anamelie is annoying but is starting arguments which is needed...Ellis was just a complete childish headwreck that would have added nothing to the show

Catching up on last night now. First off Ellis such a pain. 2) I loved how she tried to flirt with Lewis F with the whole time to get cosy and he shoots her down with you're like my sister 3) her and Lewis G were cringe AF 4) I loved how they had to get the Scottish producer to be big brother for Ellis as nobody else understands her. Ok they are only heading into the bedroom now so I'll be back in another 15 minutes for more thoughts

Which is (a) too late and (b) not helping BOTS ratings by forcing viewers to channel hop.
