Have the oven on for baked oats. Never had them before but have been advised they're like eating dessert from breakfast which is definitely something I can get on board with.

I haven't made this in a while, but Mrs G requested it as apparently I make a great one. So a big pot of Chili is simmering away. Decent steak mince, Garlic, Chili powder (lots of:D) stock, chopped tomatoes, Jalepenos, red pepper and onion. It will be served over Nachos and topped with Sour Cream and grated Mozzarella and 30 seconds under the grill to fuse it all.:D

Put the bog roll in the freezer!:eek:

Two grilled pork loin chops (that had been marinated in a mixture of olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper) and a medley of boiled baby carrots, green beans, sugarsnap peas and tenderstem broccoli, along with a small bit of butter.

Sirloin steak. With a side of toast with beans on top, few dashes of worcester sauce on the beans, grated extra mature cheddar on top and melted under the grill.

Hit the spot majorly.

Especially with the mash, during the summer or spring I'd use rice and it can be good on baked spuds too if you've leftovers.
