I'm a sucker for brutalist architecture. I'm not too much a fan of the interior though, it's a very random accumulation of stuff. But if it's empty it sure is a lovely gaff.

Putting my imaginary forensic architecture hat on, i'd say the timeline went something like this

--Client comes into a shedload of money

--Property appears on funny houses/flats to rent

I've tiled tiny bathroom and tiny kitchen in my tiny apartment. There was unbelievable amount of mess.
Can't even imagine what was happening in that place during construction. Or what the new owners will be up to if they decide to renovate.
