This is just another reason why the NTA cant be trusted with even the simplest things. Lets give them billions anyway. Lets let them completely deconstruct our bus service, lets let them privatise it. Sure its only the tax payers money.

The likely changes for the 75 indicate to us that it could be causing distruption for people who live in Ballinteer or elsewhere as they would not be able to directly travel to places like Wesley College, Dundrum TC, Stillorgan from Dun Laoghaire.
If the 75 was confirmed to have a route change in October; there is a lot of apparent incentive there to make the route quicker through Dundrum to give it some more flexibility in the running time. However; do GAI have other changes lined up for the 75 where the route could be further simplified to have further reductions in journey time?
One thing they may be doing by simplifying the route further is to possibly change it between Stillorgan & Mounttown Road by going through the Monkstown Link Road, Rowanbyrn, Stradbrook Road, Monkstown Avenue, Monkstown Farm & Oliver Plunkett Road. It could also eliminate it's current infrequent loop around Sandyford Business District to make the bus get faster journey time. Although I am not sure if these changes would be allowed under GAI's PSO contract with the NTA because they do need to keep the majority of it's route mileage intact.
