Cannot get 4G

Hi there,

I cannot seem to ever get 4G signal on my phone.

I have 4G handset (IPhone 7) , a 4G sim and a 4G prepay plan.

I have checked that 4G is enabled in the mobile data settings on the phone and tried a reboot to no avail.

Any assistance with this would be most appreciated.
