Tommy Robinson jailed

Apparently according to Lauren Southern, Tommy has been sentenced to 13 months but there is a UK wide embargo on reporting.

Anyone else got any info?

I'm confused, a bunch of posters told me here that the original trial was all above board and was standard procedure. How is it that three judges in London ruled the following;

"We are satisfied that the finding of contempt made in Leeds following a fundamentally flawed process, in what we recognise were difficult and unusual circumstances, cannot stand.

Where a custodial term of considerable length is being imposed, it should not usually occur so quickly after the conduct which is complained of - a sentence of committal to immediate custody had been pronounced within five hours of the conduct taking place."

Are these Judges corrupt and far right or something? Surely stellar AH posters wouldn't put justice aside so they could see someone they disliked knocked up as that would be totally devoid of morals.
