Its actually nowhere near the road, the street view is wrong.
Its also been on sale for years.

I am so glad that I'm not from Dublin nor am I trying to get on the property ladder (and I don't mean that as an insult to Dublin people).

How in the name of fcuk is someone supposed to buy a house there when you have sh1tholes like this (€325k) being sold for the price of a very decent house down the country?
