I just keep googling Donegal using different search criteria. I am especially interested in the flora and fauna of the hills in Inishowen.

Aye, said he was only going out ta get the coal, but we waited, aye we waited long into the night-the rain pelted down and he never returned-not then, not ever. Trust me laddie, ye want nothing to do with the Lough Eske or its locals-don't take kindly to strangers do they? Ask dem, aye ask dem what became of the men who went missing, they'll button their lip and walk on by. There's no talking to dem. Naebody wants to talk aboot it. But they al know what goes on out there and it ain't pretty. Aye, whatever it is, ye can be sure o' that m'laddie. Dunfanaghy's nice though.

The only reason I ask is that Donegal doesn’t see the number of tourist as Galway, Clare, Kerry, etc. so might not be as keen or tolerant on having a foreigner move in next door.

When I look at house prices across the country you get a lot more house for your money in Donegal as opposed to anywhere else. A small house along the coast away from big cities would be ideal Have been to Ireland many times over the last 15 years but stay mostly in the Galway or Kerry area, beautiful areas but far too many tourists for a full time residence Any info would be appreciated
