That doesn't appear to be true -Trump claims to have gotten agreement to speed things up but Macron has just completely refuted that and said that not only are they not spending more money but the timeline to get to 2% remains exactly as it has been for several years - 2024. So other than a worsening of relationships between the US and virtually everyone , what has changed?
