It sounds like you have an Irish account or prime video is set to Ireland. Or you are using vpn or dns.

Make sure your amazon account is registered to a UK address. Send a ticket to support saying that you have UK account but can't access prime video. They will sort it out in a few hours

Default delivery address UK isn't the same as having a UK account. You need to change your country of origin to UK

thanks, i tried that but when i logged out and logged back in, still comes up as the irish one, no batman vs superman there

Slightly better.

As the US aren't part of the EU having a US account wont give you US Prime Video without a VPN or Smart Proxy DNS. I might go back to this set up when UK leaves the EU & we will need VPN/DNS to get UK content. I defiantly wont be sticking with Irish Prime Video

Ok but now you have UK Amazon. Support will change your Prime Video to UK. You have the hard bit done. Support will finish it in minutes for you
