It is 12 years old car, have a good look around, check if there is a service history etc...

Not that many on a 12 year old car and some of it could easily be tax avoidance. As long as it looks good in the flesh it wouldn't bother me. Some service history would be nice but unlikely to have that

I was thinking of trying to pick up a clean one during the winter as a easy to run weekend car. Not sure if there is any chance of insuring it however.
