I had a 166 for a while and had no issues with it

They are beautiful looking cars especially the interior

I didn't know the specifics, just heard that Alfa Romeos can be unreliable. Thanks for the info.

Yep, a pretty gutless engine but I mean if you're just going around the town it should be fine.
Personally I'd go to the 1.9 JTS at the very least but if I needed something for under a grand I'd take a look.

Insurance quote was the same as my avensis, high spec jazz is outside my budget,

Criteria basically is 2005 onwards,small to medium automatic for bangernomics money and there's not a lot to chose from lol

I don't think they have tbh. It's just the way the sun is shining on it. I still wouldn't go for that car though because being an import and because of it's age insurance could be difficult.

Theft of Japanese imports like that Fit and Yaris' etc are extremely common in Dublin now and have been for a little while now. I wouldn't touch one for that reason alone, especially if you live around North City Dublin
