Usually short term lets like that attract a much higher rate. So, if they want €10,000 a month for that place for a long term lease, then they'd want a hell of a lot more for a short term lease.

It's probably lost a few stone(s) since those photos were taken, years ago....
They couldn't even be bothered to snap a few pictures with a phone and send them in.
